The 17th Global Summit of Business Incubation Associations (held in Shanghai, China, on Sept. 23, 2007) was attended by six countries (eight associations). The agenda of the Summit focused on agreements of the immediately previous Sixteenth Global Summit of Business Incubation Associations, held Sept. 13, 2007, in Riga, Latvia, and five Work Groups of the Global Business Incubation Network.
